Got a MVP scissor cut from Brittany and it was excellent! She did excellent interpreting the notes and my instructions and I am very happy with the results. She was friendly and efficient and made what can be such an annoying process into something painless. For the price and quality, this was a 11/10.

Christina (I think that's her name) was great to work with. Communication was great, asking what i wanted, and explaining exactly what she was doing all through the cut. She offered suggestions and products (but not in a pushy way). I was very happy visiting this store.

Hannah did an amazing job on my haircut. Her technical skills are great. I also used the online check in feature to greatly reduce my wait time in the building. The times were spot on.

I tried a new style that didn’t turn out quite how I expected, but when I went back they were super kind and happy to fix it. Everyone there is so nice and the environment feels really welcoming. I left feeling great - definitely a place that cares about their customers!

Susan was really good to me, did a great job on my hair, and my wife loved the shampoo and beard oil she used. This one was free due to a coupon - my wife says I should keep going back and pay the $31 for the haircut and the MVP😂 She also told to buy whatever products Sue used on me when my current stock runs out.
