Clean shop, friendly/professional staff, and the countdown list is nice to estimate how much time you have before you're up. Being able to walk in was nice, can't always plan ahead to make an appointment. And military discount is much appreciated!

Alyssa cut my hair. She did great. She listened and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend booking your haircut with her. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to.

Horrible store with a terrible staff. We scheduled an appointment for a haircut. The app said 00 minute wait. I got to the store and they told us we had to wait an hour. Instead of providing the service, Alyssa told us that we just had to wait an hour with a half-hearted "sorry but we can't help you." Wish I had an extra set of hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. 👎👎👎👎

Erin was the one that cut my hair at this location and I would definitely recommend her to any friend or family. She was a wonderful conversationalist and was very friendly. He abilities to cut hair and style how I wanted were amazing as well. I look forward to my next visit to have her cut my hair again!
