I debated writing this because prior to our most recent experience they have done a decent job but after this last time we will not be returning. My 5 yr old got a haircut a little over a week ago and honestly it is a mess. He wanted a short fade based on pictures he saw. It is patchy and multiple lengths on side and back and there are random long stringy bits on top that make it look like a mix between one of the 3 stooges and Crispin Glover. It is truly awful. I know it is hard to cut kids hair, I know they move and squirm but this should not have happened. A fade is a basic standard man's haircut nothing fancy or complicated so not quite sure why it ended up as butchered as it is. I was not the one who brought him otherwise I would have addressed this before leaving the shop. Hopefully

I have never been to this Sport Clips before, but Nicole moved to this location from Durham and it was well worth the trip. She does an excellent job and is always so easy to visit with. I will continue to follow her.

The hair stylists are great and the service is perfect no matter who the stylist is.

Nicole is incredibly skilled and attentive, and every haircut I've had with her has been excellent. She is the absolute best at what she does!
