Brooke, the manager is INCREDIBLE! She is so kind and so patient with my 3 year old. She is so personable and is fantastic at her job. My son moves his head all over the place and she still manages to give him a flawless cut every single time. I just can’t say enough good things about her. The entire staff is friendly. Super clean environment. Lots of product to choose from but your not harassed to buy anything (But if they recommend something I suggest you do buy. It’s always great product). As long as Mrs. Brooke is there, I won’t ever take my son anywhere else!

Everyone there is so friendly. Brooke did an amazing job cutting my hair the same as the picture i showed her. She’s very meticulous and detailed when cutting my hair. Have been a customer for years with no plans of stopping!

This is the best place in town to get a haircut. The staff is amazing and welcoming every single time. Brooke always has a smile on her face and cuts our hair perfect each and every time. Been coming here for years.

I have been a long time Sportsclips customer, but my recent experience made me question if I will return. A video from the Louisville Middletown location showed up on my Facebook feed while I was scrolling with my 5 year old daughter. Two employees were inside the store tweaking and dancing to an explicit song. My daughter asked what they were doing and I felt shocked that this happened in a place I trusted. I commented on the video and the person who posted it, Julie told me to mind my own business and keep scrolling. The other employee in the video is named Amber. The video has gone viral and the comments are mostly negative and reflects poorly on the store. This is not how employees should represent a business. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware of the behavior.

Ease of scheduling was very nice. Staff was very pleasant and personable. Hair cut was great! Brooke did a great job, and was very fun to talk to.
