The stylists always do an outstanding job—precise, clean fades (or whatever style he wants), and they really pay attention to the details so he walks out looking sharp and confident every single time. He’s always thrilled with how good he looks afterward, and honestly, so am I as a parent. The team is friendly, the place has that fun sports vibe with TVs going, and the service is quick without feeling rushed. We’ve been loyal customers for a while now because they consistently deliver great results at a fair price. I am never one to leave a bad review. But this place is god awful!! The women who cut my husbands hair DESTROYED HIS HAIR!!!!!! I am absolutely livid! He had long luscious curly thick hair and she CHOPPED IT ALL OFF! HE GAVE HER VERY SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS AND SHE DIDNT LISTEN TO ANY OF IT!! How hard is it to keep it a 2 around and lightly trim the top. Then to use thinning shears on curly hair!!! GO BACK TO HAIR DRESSING SCHOOL!!!! 0 STARS!!!

All of the girls are nice and do a nice job. 35 for a MVP where they bring you out back and you lay your head in a curved sink and they wash your hair and then massage back. It's a nice setup. Also many TVs with sports ball games on. Easy online check in and you show up and your name is on the list on the TV when you walk in.

Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid at all costs I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Sport Clips Haircuts of Mansfield Crossing. The stylist not only delivered a poor haircut but also lied to us and behaved in a rude and discriminatory manner. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we were met with hostility and disrespect. The staff member showed no professionalism, and their behavior made it clear that this is not a welcoming place for everyone. What should have been a simple haircut turned into a deeply uncomfortable and upsetting encounter. Businesses like this should be held accountable for unethical practices and discriminatory behavior.
