Sport Clips Haircuts of Minot

Maria is amazing. My son's hair is super thick and because it's so long I have a hard time finding anyone who can cut it right. Maria is the one!!! Love love love her! She knew exactly what to do for him and does an amazing job! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is light and fun. Definitely will be back!

Well just got a haircut from sports clips. I had long hair that combs left and to the back. I asked for a high skin FADE. And I got a Mohawk. And guess what they don't allow in the military. Faddish hair styles. So I guess I'll have to shave it all off and start year worth of grooming again(risk of getting haircuts). I would have liked if at least she payed attention to me, instead of talking about her hometown with the customer next to me. So much so, she would stop cutting my hair just to talk with them. And for those who know, it felt like a bmt haircut. If you see this de-nice do better for other people. Cause I'm not letting you touch my hair again.

I thought the stylists were very friendly and professional, wait time not bad when registered online ahead of time.

I went to visit the Sports Clips location in Minot North Dakota this morning. I checked in on the computer in the lobby. I sat down. No one said hello or greeted me. A man walked in after me and was taken to the chair for his service. I asked why he was going before me and the associate informed me that he checked in online. I was not aware of the 5 hour wait and people had the ability to check in online. I wish I was given that information before I waited for 20 minutes. Communication is key when running a business. There is room for process improvement here. A simple “Hello” or “Be aware of the long wait” would have helped the situation. The lack of communication was definitely in the shop this morning. Do better

I was able to setup appointment through the app and even picked the hair stylist Amanda. The wait time wasn’t long and the service I received was amazing. I went with a dapper haircut and have not had anyone be able to get it right. Amanda paid great detail to her work and it was spot on. I came out looking and feeling fresh 😁. Definitely going back when it’s time for another cut
