Sport Clips Haircuts of NE Columbia

Horrible! I didn’t even wanted to give a star but had to in order to post my review. We have gone here multiple times before but today, 11/30/2025 before noon, my son went and got his hair cut asking for a mid-fade and came home with a horrible hair cut as you can see in the picture. I don’t know if there’s a new hire cutting his hair this time or not but this cut is unacceptable.

I get a great haircut every time I go to the Two Notch Road location. I love the hot towel and shampoo as well. All of the employees are all super nice.

I have been bringing my son to Sport Clips for close to 10 years. In that span of time I have never been spoken to or heard another 'team member' speak to her peers in front of customers like I did today. Lola(apparently the manager?) was blatantly rude to everyone attempting to have a normal conversation with her. Miss ma'am was getting bent out of shape about the winter weather warning that was issued. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because Emily is always awesome and has done nothing but excellent work, Lola needs to watch how Emily interacted with her clients or Lola will end up broke as a joke wondering what happened. Seriously Sport Clips...do better.

My son's hair was great but whatever show was on the TV was so inappropriate. It was about a sports team and their inappropriate rap that got them fired. But they put the rap on, only editing the curses. Sports would be safer than a documentary. Will walk out if its not a safe tv viewing area for my kid.

Olivia was kind and knowledgeable, she helped my son pick a cut according to his type of hair and recommended products for his chosen style
