Sport Clips Haircuts of Prattville Towne Center

I asked for a trim only, since my wife likes my hair long. They cut a chunk out of the front, and said "ops, it'll grow back". Since I still had to pay full price, I'll never go back, and won't recommend them to anyone. I understand mistakes happen, but they really need some policy in place when it does.

It was a late Friday night when I got to Prattville for a KofC Convention from Mobile and I really needed a haircut. Even though it was 5:30 PM and they were closing up, the operator said she would take me and she did a splendid job for me. I felt confident at the convention that my appearance represented a clean cut guy & not a hippie. The lady who cut my hair was either Jen or Jes. She was wonderful! Vince Duff

Every time I went to a sports clip. They always do a bad job. I don't know why. But when I looked at my haircut, they gave me. It looked nice in the mirror over there. But when I got home I noticed. My hair was uneven in certain places. In short in others. Worst of all, the lady that was cutting my hair. She wasn't really careful on what she was doing. Just flying by, not only that, but she was. Out of shape.Not too bad but still. Wearing shorty shorts and a semic through t shirt. I was disgusted. But with that being aside for the most part, she was nice. But super inexperienced. I stopped by Sports Clips in Prattville, AL this evening and was disappointed to learn that although the store was still open, they would not take me for a haircut because it was too close to closing time. I understand the need for staff to finish on time, but as a customer, it feels frustrating when the posted business hours don’t match the level of service available. Clearer communication about last-call for haircuts would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

Came in 4 days ago, couldn't get a haircut because I didn't go online to schedule. OK no problem, I checked in online today, wait time 47 minutes, awesome I'm 35 minutes away. I get there, check in, TV shows me at 8 min wait, awesome. I'm 3rd on the list, 2 stylists finish up, I'm on deck. Another customer walks in, the stylist takes him, he is 7th on the list. I ask why are myself and the other 2 are skipped and she states that list isn't what she goes by. WHY HAVE A CHECK IN OR PRECHECK IN IF YOU ARE NOT USING IT???
