My experience at this store was genuinely 50/50. My 2 children had an appointment. We arrived at 5:40pm. My first son got in the chair almost immediately, his stylist was amazing and endured all of his questions throughout the 15 minute process. My second son got in the chair about 5 minutes later. He was supposed to get a basic fade with an inch taken off the top. He was in the chair for just a basic cut for 45 minutes and didn't receive what we asked for. We didn't leave the store until after 7pm. I'll be back with them, but will only be using one specific stylist from now on. 45 minutes for a basic fade and trim on a 9 year old is insane.

Hairstylists are okay but rating is more about the online check-in service. Started in the line up with arrival at 1:00. Immediately it updates to 1:05. No problem, plan errands around this time. Then it says 1:15, then 1:20, then 1:30, finally 1:35. Sitting in the parking lot trying to enjoy a drink while I wait then it just cancels the “line-up”. BS. It frequently changes estimated times all over the place. It’s entirely unreliable. I’ve had worse (+45min for original) but never did it simply remove me entirely. It’s only setup to help volume but they have no respect for customer’s time nor plans.

Went in for a cut rana & ashley always make sure they’re on point and your happy with their work before leaving. Highly recommend them if your interested in checking this location out!

Hanna had no idea what she was doing! I would never return I had an absolutely awful experience at this location. I showed a reference photo and explained exactly what I wanted, yet somehow walked out with a completely different (and much worse) haircut. The layers were uneven, the length was chopped way shorter than I asked, and the styling was a mess. I had to go to another salon just to salvage what was left of my hair. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else, anywhere else !!! I wouldn’t trust this place with a wig, let alone my real hair.

Rana was one of the best hairstylists I've had. We discussed what I wanted thoroughly, and she took the time to understand it. 10/10 experience: Good conversation and made me feel comfortable. Will be returning
