Sport Clips Haircuts of Spokane Valley

I’ve been going to Sport Clips for almost 10 years, and I’ll start by saying the actual haircuts are always great. The stylists do a really good job. Unfortunately, the customer service and waitlist system at the Spokane Valley location are terrible. I put my name on the online waitlist while leaving work in Cheney when it showed about a 12-minute wait. I drove over to the Spokane Valley Sport Clips, and when I was about 3–4 blocks away, I got a notification that I had been knocked off the list and needed to see the stylist. When I walked into the store, the person at the front counter asked if I was on the list. I explained that I had just been kicked off it, and suddenly the wait time was now 99 minutes. Abby did an outstanding job with my flat top haircut. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to get a haircut on her first try. She is very skilled and I also recommend the MVP package.

This was a pretty bad experience today. After waiting for an hour for my hair cut and being next up for my cut, all 3 of the stylist disappeared into the back for several minutes while there was people inside waiting for their haircuts. After finally getting called back for my cut I explained what I wanted, which was just a shorter version of what I already had. The stylist basically removed all of the blending from the top to the sides of my hair completely. Some parts were blended and some parts are not blended all the way around my head. Also, when shaving/ cutting my neck hair with the buzzer it hurt and cut my neck up. my neck is obviously red and irritated.
