Sport Clips Haircuts of St. Charles

Checked in thru the app. Was seated with a stylist right away. I did small chit chat with the stylist, I asked if she minded to take a little more off the top . No problem she stated. I always have had great service at this Sports Clip Store.

This was my second visit to the St. Charles Sports Clips. I’ve received an excellent haircut on both occasions. My stylist on this visit was Ashley. She was professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

I had my 1st hair cut there with Ashley and it was great. Second time with Abby, not great. Looks like she doesn’t want to be there, she didn’t asked the style at the back and did whatever she want, wayyy too short and not properly done, she didn’t ever bother to show me at the end of the haircut, just realised how bad it was until get home. Won’t be back for there for the service and quality provided.

Checked in on the app like any other time. Was the only person in the waiting room when I checked in. Board showed on deck and people who showed up after me and had wait times were selected to go ahead of me. After cancelling the appointment called and asked what happened, was told that I should have something and it would have been corrected. Waiting over 75 minutes for a haircut and that was the response. Was a great shop until this experience. Also offered nothing for shop's mistake. Will not be going back.

Ashley is great! Did exactly what I asked (what I stumbled through then just opted to show a picture) she was very kind and recommended great products that I’m excited to try.
