Michelle did a great job with my haircut and beard trim. She offered me the MVP services which I gladly accepted. She was pleasant to talk with and had a great attitude.

My husband went in today to get a haircut and a beard trim for our son's wedding this weekend. The girl who did the cut complained the entire time about a previous client who only tipped her $3. She mentioned he was a construction worker and tips are what they live on. Mind you my husband looks like a construction worker with the neon green shirt, dirty jeans and boots. At checkout she mentioned she didn't charge him for the beard trim in hopes that he would make the tip worth it. He said when he got home he wont be going back there again. We usually just use great clips but he wanted to make sure he looks nice as the father of the groom. The cut was subpar and the "stylist" talked crap about a previous customer while having an attitude the entire time. He will be trimming behind his ears

I want to give 0 star but unfortunately there isn't! Horrible Service! Never felt so disrespected in a hair place! Never got greeted, we signed in and waited the 45 min time in line, when our time was up, we came back in and signed in. No one greeted us AGAIN!! and we waited our 16 min it said on the screen with our name, after that with 3 min remaining for our turn a man walks in and signs in and says he had been waiting since 4pm same time we had signed up, but his name was after ours on the list. They skipped right over us with no explanation. Waited another 20 min, while the assistant manager Bri and the other girl were just laughing and chatting with 0 acknowledgement. We just got out and left! This won't matter to them, but its these little details that matter! 😉

I was in the area for work and I decided to stop in for a haircut. I’ve never been to this location before and this was the best sports clips experience I’ve had since moving to the Midwest 3 years ago. Sam did a great job on my hair after I told her to go ahead and cut it how she feels it would look good. She was very conversational and professional. I will be making the drive to get cut from Sam again!

Tanesha is the best! She did an amazing job on both my kids hair cuts. They felt very comfortable with her too. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well.
