I am a veteran with a service-related hearing disability. ​Systemic Deception and Customer Neglect ​My ordeal with deceptive waiting practices spanned over an hour. I watched my name be moved to "On Deck" twice, only to be willfully passed over as staff prioritized other clients. The display of the person ahead (Alton F.) showing an 83-minute wait indicated management failure. This was confirmed when the staff explicitly stated they were taking a coordinated mass lunch break, which froze the queue and rendered the wait time display meaningless. This Sport Clips location stands out because of great service - and Alice leads the way! I travel often and I’ve had my hair cut by this franchise in several different cities. Alice was fun, professional, made me feel right at home, and she gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. I’d fly back again.

02/18/26: Could tell the workers did not want to be there, dragging feet and rolling eyes, had told them I was there before anyone but had trouble checking in even tho I was on deck in the app, however skipped over me anyway; I frequent Sport Clips two times a month, I travel for work so have been to MULTIPLE locations all across the country and a place like this makes me want to switch it up. If you wanna get a haircut from people who’ve lost the passion to cut your hair and will not give a crap about being professional; then you can go here for sure. Absolutely horrible customer service. Krashenda always gives me the best haircut. She keeps a record of what I got the previous visit so I don’t have to explain. Love being able to get in line for my cut. The shop is clean, bright, and conveniently located.

Was out trying to get a haircut a few days before my wedding and went to great clips and they butchered my hair. I walked straight over to sports clips and told Madison what happened and she gave me one of the best haircuts ive ever had. Saved my hair and the day! Thank you so much Madison!
