What kind of barber literally closes at FIVE PM. This place used to be so good when Tony was there and they actually had good hours, now it’s literally impossible to get in there because the lineup will say there booked for the day OR the wait will literally be 3-4 hours AND they don’t do appointments. Like damn hire some more people or better yet just close down and let someone else open up there that knows how to be there for their customers, ya know the people who keep you in business. I’m sorry but pre COVID I didn’t have to literally request an entire DAY OFF OF WORK just to get a 10 minute haircut, I will gladly NEVER be back here again.

I shared with her my most recent personal experience of having to evacuate as a refugee from Chimney Rock North Carolina, and she went out of her way to show her sympathy and compassion.❤️ • She didn't have to do anything or say anything but her character shined through and she went above and beyond to not only give me a great haircut but I had a sympathetic ear to my personal life which is what usually happens in the barber chair. 🆘 • I went in there and she asked what kind of haircut I wanted, I told her I was going to a job interview and that I needed a "job interview haircut". My stylist Andrea at sports clips at The Pointe location did a fabulous job cutting my hair. I kind of stopped going there after Chrystal left who use to cut my hair.
