My two major stylists are the best that I have had since being an active duty Marine. Michelle is still cutting hair on base at Quatico VA as well and brings that quality and capabilty to her work here when she is dealing with a Veteran like me in Short Pump and needs a hair cut.

Got there 5 minutes early, walked right in and got seated. In, out, and done in 15 minutes. Very pleasant barber, Mary Ann, I believe was her name.

I always get a consistent/great cut every time I visit Sport Clips, no matter who cuts my hair. The fact that you all keep your customers preferences in a database so the stylists can see my last haircut adds to the consistency of the cut. Your staff is always very friendly and make the experience very enjoyable. Well done!!

Yesterday I went to your store at 11343 Nuckols Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059 at 04:02 pm. Although it is written that the store is open until 5:00 pm on Sundays (on the door, internet etc), the staff was leaving and they told me that they are closing at 4 pm on Sundays. This can be true. In this case, closing time should be changed everywhere. We are planning as per announced times and dates.
