Sport Clips Haircuts of West Bend

My stylist today was great, but the stylist my partner had was not. She apparently left a very noticeable spot with no hair on the back of his head (see picture) and chose not to mention this to him in any way. The spot has straight edges on the sides and bottom, so I think that was clearly a mistake with the clippers. We will have to remember this when deciding where to get our future haircuts.

I have been going to this Sport clips with my husband for 8 years. I didn't think twice that the person who took me to her chair, Monique, didn't understand what I said: "a short trim of a half inch and small trim on bangs. I absolutely did not ask for the short cut with cropped layers all over that have now ruined my hair for an upcoming overseas reception. I explained clearly how I wanted it done. It’s incomprehensible to me how she could misunderstand or why she would do something like this without asking first. One thing is certain……….I will not be returning to this Sports Clips either(: I am very sad(:

Would normally be 5 stars with the people who normally cut my hair, but my last visit was awful. I tried explaining to the woman cutting my hair that I really liked the way my hair was cut the last couple times ive been in and would like the same thing. She then told me she couldnt see what I got last time because systems havent been updated since 2024 (dont think thats true seeing as the person who cut my hair just a couple months ago found what I got 3 visits ago and replicated it perfectly). I then tried explaining that I'm not familiar with the proper terminology and proceeded to describe what I was wanting. Very bad experience today. Had a beard trim done and my mustache was trimmed very bizarrely, full in the middle to tapered sharply at both ends. Monique used the edge of the clippers to basically carve out a spot below both corners of my mouth leaving the middle untouched. I absolutely did not ask for any of this and I explained clearly how I wanted it done. It’s incomprehensible to me how she could misunderstand so badly or why she would do something like this without asking first. One thing is certain……….I will not be returning to this Sports Clips!!!! Based on my experience here I would give this -10 stars if I could!

Complicated situation today, forgot her name already but my hair was very long, easily 6 inches in length on top and the sides were very long as well, I told her I wanted a 1-2 fade on the sides, blended up top taking about 3 inches (i said half length) off. I got none of that in any regard, basically she gave me a buzz cut and also chopped my side burns off. After I told her finding barbers with my schedule was hard and they were usually saving me when I get a big broom on my head. When asked if I was OK with it, I admit I said yes, but what am I supposed to say and her to do? She cant add the hair back. I just simply wont be eager to head back anytime soon.
