Great professional service. Did not rush and gave me the haircut I wanted and looks great!!

This place really has gone down hill, sport clips used to be a lot better and faster. I came in and selected first available with a 55 minute wait. So I decided to wait, and wait, and wait some more at the time they had 2 hair stylist working. Too bad neither of them did their job but had enough time to have a full conversation with each other. Over 55 minutes for a hair cut? Maybe we should focus on the guest instead of talking or at least have more stylists to assist. I walked out after about an hour plus of waiting since the stylist decided she would rather go to the back than cut my hair quick. Very unprofessional place I’m never taking my business to a sports clips again. Also their Chippewa store was closed too so that shows how much they care about customer service. I recommend chip

Very clean and exceptionally friendly staff. My boys love the MVP package. No appointments. But the app is great, showing wait times on each stylist for the day. We can choose our stylist or take the 1st available. Saves on wait time.

2nd visit here and I haven't been disappointed yet. This last time was a really good experience. The lady who cut my hair was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and has a phenomenal personality. I liked her alot!

First time at this location. Warm welcome at the door, short wait and it was worth it. Kristen introduced herself and walked me back and from start to finish did an amazing job. Kristen was polite and friendly. Would highly recommend her! I'll be returning there and look forward to it.
