Talking with Tori is like talking to a friend that just knows what you want without having to over explain. She got me to my perfect hair color and at first I was doubting if I wanted bangs. She reassured me that whatever I chose it was fine but gave me multiple options as to if I did want bangs. I’m so grateful for her patience and she gave me the best cut I could have asked for. I am newish to LA and have been in search of a curly cuts stylist for over a year. I’ve got a few overpriced haircuts from various stylists but nothing to write home about….until yesterday. Sylvia was terrific!! I knew right when I walked in the door that she was my stylist! Her energy was superb and she gave me the exact cut that I wanted, with thorough information on how to style and what products to use. Thank you so much Sylvia, for an all around wonderful haircut experience! Im so glad to have found you and look forward to seeing you again in 3ish months!

Avoid Robyn like the plague. After my wife gave her extremely clear instructions on the slight trim she wanted, Robyn completely ignored everything she asked for and instead gave her the haircut the Robyn wanted. It seems she took every request my wife had and completely inverted it, cutting off at least 2 more inches than my wife requested, layering it in a way my wife specifically didn't want, and not even cutting it evenly on both sides. She even told her to "close her eyes" because my wife was getting nervous about how short it was getting. After the haircut my wife was literally in tears about how she looked, and Robyn's response was to scream at her to "get out" and if she was lucky Robyn would "give her the privilege of working with her again." Nelly was great! She was curious about what I wanted, not too expensive, and gave a lovely head massage. I have very wavy thick hair and she dry cut it before washing!

Robyn Friend is THE BEST!!! She continues to give me the best hair cuts I have ever had in my entire life! I get compliments all the time on my curls and she genuinely cares not only about my curls, but me as a person. Being able to come in and pick up conversations and teach me the best ways to care for my curls makes it feel like a family member is cutting my hair. Highly recommend!!!! She is a talented woman!!!!
