I had I would say the best experience in a salon since I moved to Springfield. Ivy had a detailed conversation with me. She told what she could to fix my hair. She was professionally personable. I am so so happy with my hair! Also the atmosphere in the Salon put me at ease. I felt totally comfortable! Thank you so much!
