Hannah is the typical snotty stylist, cannot make appointments unless you know a customer. Once they figure out you aren't going to visit every six weeks because you’re not rich and dont know the right people they will ghost you. Dye washed out after one shampoo. Not worth the price or hype.

Jess is the absolute best. My daughter and I both have been seeing her for years!
