Star african pro hair braiding

I would have left a 2 star but my hair turned out very nice, despite the extreme time it took to braid and get me out the door. I called the day before and scheduled an appointment for medium sized knotless, bohemian (the ones with the curly hairs sticking out). I asked for my braids to be braided bra-strap length. I arrived on time today, first person at the shop and ready to go. I scheduled my appointment at 9:00am. I didn’t leave until 7:45pm. There were multiple people braiding my shoulder length hair and it still took over 10 hours. I was the first person there and nearly the last. The hair style is nice, but for $350.00 there needs to be better service. I didn’t want hair too long, but still had to sit and wait for what I didn’t ask for. My aunt is a regular customer here and brought me and my sister to get our hair braided. Great customer service, very professional great work on our braids. I would recommend

My niece referred her Mom and I to this shop. All of our heads-GREAT JOB. Maggie did my hair in good time compared to other shops. I was surprised she did not take a break until she was almost finished. I appreciated it b/c my hair is thick. I have stopped going to some shops b/c they talk on phone or to each other to much. If you do not value my time you do not appreciate my business. That's the way I look at it. Overall-I'm satisfied.

Went here on a recommendation from a friend. The experience was horrible from start to finish. First, the girl was 2 hours late starting on my hair. Then she decided to leave before getting started on me to go home and get lunch. She came back 45 minutes later and started braiding down my crochets. After that, her children decided they were hungry. Another customer bought her daughter and she was an absolute terror. She cried for two hours, jumped, played, interrupted her mothers service, stomped and told her mama what she was not going to do. One of the stylist told her, a five year old, that she looks ugly when she cries; completely inappropriate. Back to my stylist and her children. Her children told her they were hungry. She had to stop, make the food which she had left the shop earlie
