I’ve always came here and they’ve always done a decent job. This is the last time I’m coming here. My nails were all cut crooked the lady cut so deep into the side of my nail it’s bleeding. This is not the first time she’s cut me either. The nail polish isn’t applied correctly, genuinely don’t understand how it’s so hard to cut nails straight across. Way overpriced for the crappy work they do.

I will NEVER go to this establishment for as long as I live. My nails are decent, but the shop is unorganized and they suffer from a lack of communication (not talking about language barrier here). BEFORE I started getting my nails done, I asked for the price because it was not visibly listed (RED FLAG). The nail tech in the first chair behind the drying table (kinda chubby with a rounder, fuller ,older face) started off with saying $55 , I felt it was too much for what I was receiving (very short, clear, almond) and took a second to think to myself to see if I wanted to pay that for a random nail shop I was giving a chance, while I was thinking about it, she insisted to ask a coworker (possibly higher in the pecking order ) how much my nails would be and then the coworker said $43 and the

After the death of my grandfather I decided to try and relax and get my nails done. This nail salon made my family and I's day worse than it already was. After telling them I wanted white French tip toes multiple times they painted my toes in a cloudy clear white. I told them politely that it was not what I asked for. And that I would just like to leave because my infant began to cry. She would not let me leave the chair to get my daughter a bottle and insisted on fixing my toes. She began to painfully scrape of the polish and at that point I let her finish a basic pedicure with French tip gel. This is the 3rd time I have been to this salon. The 3rd time my nails have started chipping in under a week. The first nail to chip the gel polish was after 3 days 😡 The second nail on day 7. I’m extremely disappointed. Don’t know if I will return. They have always been very rushed 😩

I arrived at opening at 9:30 buy no nail tech even got there until 10. I told them that I had another appointment at 11 and asked if they would be able to do my service in that time frame, they said yes. What I get done is pretty basic so I stayed. These were supposed to be my birthday nails and I'm so unbelievably disappointed. Tech managed to leave cuts on 3 fingers, nails are all different lengths, widths, and thickness. There are literally bald spots where she filed through the acrylic and my natural nail is showing on SEVEN of my nails. There's gaps between the acrylic and my nail bed and stains from the powder all over my hands.
