John always does a great job on my nails! Prices are very good and the staff are always friendly

The manicure I got here was not well done. The shape of my nails were inconsistent. The polish was extremely uneven, had bubbles and didn’t cover my whole nail on some fingers. I told the lady there that I wanted regular polish and 3 different times she tried to upsell me on gel even though each time I said no adamantly. Would not recommend this place. EDIT: They did give me a gift card for my negative experience and I did get a better manicure when I went back. It wasn’t like the picture I showed him of what I wanted but the man did a good job. I am still not sure I would go back and if I did, I would not let the woman I had the first time do my nails again. I appreciate their effort to make it right though.

Gel mani and pedi well over $100 with tip. However, they always did an excellent job til June. Not sure what they used but the damage is still growing out and it's profound. I let them know. No coupons or refund offered. Also, not careful about rounding the edges on my toes and resulting in painful sharp edges growing into my flesh. I live in an isolated area where I cannot easily get professional help with these problems.

All of them give great pedicures. If you’re going to get your nails done though, the only one that does a good job is Mack. He is out of town right now and two other people tag teamed my nails. My cuticles were rubbed raw with the buffer, they didn’t push back or cut back my cuticles, and the woman who did the designs could hardly do any designs and she was very lumpy and globby with the polish making my nails look misshapen and she didn’t run an electric buffer over it to smooth it out after she was done. I’m leaving with a design I didn’t want and cuticles that are raw. I got tired of asking them to fix things as they went. First photo is mack, the rest are my botched most recent visit.

I love this salon! Staff are always eager to help and incredible nice. All of my nails have been super well done and hold up very well, and they often have new colors and designs available. Prices are fair for the great work they do, and the salon is very clean and well kept.
