Star Nails

I was helped immediately, the worker was very kind and gave me exactly what I asked for. For $40 (SNS with tips) I can’t believe how perfect my nails are!

My mom myself and my 3 yr old went Wednesday 5/19/21 and it hasn’t even been a week. Myself and my mom asked for tips with a gel overlay instead we received acrylic with gel polish. Every single nail both mine and my moms have a space between our real nails and the artificial nails meaning they are not glued completely down and are already coming off. The workers are really nice however they need to further their education. The work done is that of a nail tech beginner student and the prices are too high for such poor quality work. I will NEVER be going back!

Only 3 because the girl who done them before this past time I went done absolutely amazing. This past time I paid 27 dollars for a fill in with gel paint and the MAIN MANAGER who done my nails DIDNT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I TOLD HER and I asked for the acrylic to be thin, but it's thick & uneven, and the gel on my thumb is already peeled off only two days later the first time I waited 3 weeks before I needed a fill but the girl who done then was on vacation.

Got my eyebrows and upper lip done here. NEVER AGAIN. Lady didn’t even asked me what shape I wanted. Just came in and starting applying wax, and really aggressive at that. She didn't even get all the hairs. I’m honestly suprised my eyebrows didnt turn out a complete mess.

If i could give no stars i would- the only thing that was done right was the color i picked out. my nails were cut too short and i wasnt even asked what nail shape i wanted- and she did them my least favorite shape too. My nails aren’t even at all and theres acrylic under them, my skin was glued to the nails but it also already feels like theyre loose. She didn’t even use that much glue and she completely rushed the whole thing and acted like she didn’t want to do her job, but she could’ve asked us to come back if she was busy. I don’t understand why the mall is shutting down good places instead of places like this. I am highly dissatisfied because usually when I do come here it wasn’t as mediocre of a job done and am left feeling satisfied but this last visit made me rethink ever coming b
