Star Nails

⭐️ No Stars (If I could) As soon as I walked into the salon there was a strong corn chip smell which was concerning. I received very short baby acrylic nails shorter than one quarter inch and was charged fifty dollars. I also received a basic pedicure with white polish only and was charged seventy dollars. There were no designs or upgrades and only one toe had acrylic which was already on my toe when I arrived. While there I read other reviews mentioning that foot care services such as lotion massage scrubbing or callus care were not performed. That matched my experience. The service appeared to only include polishing. I had to ask if any foot care would be done because my feet felt the same as when I arrived. This place over charges, spreads nail fungal infections, rude, and doesn't do the proper protocol, for the services they offer and charge for. I am pissed that I cannot get the fungal infection gone and I have had it over a year. My Mother also has fungus infections on her toenails and fingernails, from this place.

I used the same nail salon for the past 2 decades but I was with someone a few months ago who went to Star Nails so I decided to go ahead and get mine done there since I needed mine done anyway Well, I've mine done at Star nails the past 4 times since! The attention to detail is above par, as well as the treatment of their customers down to the extra attention they give you like warm hand towels! Alex was very detail oriented and even helped me decide upon the right shade of pink for my skin tone and I NEVER get color! I highly recommend Alex, and Star Nails, and will continue to make this my new nail salon hopefully for the next several decades lol!

I came to this salon coming from GA to visit family. At first glance the salon looks dated. When the lady started my pedicure I asked if I could see their packages. She responded after I was in the chair that they don’t have anything that lost the packages the pedicures either cost $50 or $70. She was not able to tell me what the difference in the packages so I decided to go with the $50 package. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to literally half way do the rest of the pedicure. At the end of the pedicure I had to ask for lotion and sandals to walk to the nail station. She directed me to go to coworker she had been talking to while doing my pedicure. When I got to her I wanted to explain that one of my nails had SNS in it. She proceeded to cut me off and snatch my hand to begin. Of cours

Hannah, Ivy, and Jason are phenomenal! Hands down the best pedicure and nail salon in Florence. The service is always friendly, professional, and top quality. Highly recommend Star Nails if you want the best care and experience! 💛💅
