Star Nails

I’m giving a 2 because I feel bad about leaving a bad review. The lady that did my nails was super nice and personable and we talked pretty much the whole time. I was the only customer in there. I got a pedicure and a full set. I should have read the reviews before trying a new place. My pedicure was quick and not relaxing at all. She rubbed my small toe raw on the side and I noticed when I got home that she did one foot with regular top coat and on the other foot, she used matte. I then got a full set. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, a blue and a purple and I told her I wanted them extra short almond shape. She kept saying the whole time she was going to do Easter colors. GOD AWFUL!!!!! I am not happy in any way, shape or form!!! Wanted white tip, she free hand did it. I showed displeasure, but she didn't care. Also, the pricing changed on me 4 times. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!

I’m literally still sitting in the parking lot and just had the WORST pedicure I have ever received. My 10 year old could have painted my toes better. Now I’ll have to go to another nail salon to have them redone for my honeymoon. What the actual helllllllllll.

If it was an option to give them no stars I would, my lady was switching in between costumers the whole time. Rushed when she got to me my nails and smuged, not the color I wanted and look nothing like the picture. When I said I did not like them she just kept going. Then proceeded to charge me 50.00 I told her I was not paying that much because they were not what I wanted. She said she would redo them but for another charge. I asked to speak to the manger and she did not do anything about it either. I am very dissatisfied

The three week old pedicure that she grind it off my toes before she started was 1000% better than the one that she did. Somehow she ended up giving my pinky toe and ingrown nail. Which I’ve never seen in my life. Absolutely the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I went with a male friend of mine, and his technician cut him so bad that he bled the entire pedicure. Horrible place.
