Star Nails

The staff was nice but I have NEVER had worse looking nails in my life. They were unable to do any simple reindeer face design. My nails are bumpy, thick, and poorly shaped. I was also charged a lot more than any other place that does A MUCH better job.

Every time I come here, they are very friendly and do a marvelous job special on massaging my feet can be swollen and he just pulls the swelling right out of my leg. I enjoy coming to Star Nails

I've been tired of the constant upselling here for a while but I've been going to them for years. I went yesterday with my daughter. I asked for a full set for myself and a manicure with gel polish for my daughter. The lady who did my nails originally cut them long. I had to tell her to trim them three times before they were short enough. I keep my nails done but I don't keep them long. Then she asked if I wanted a white tip. I said no. Then she asked, "You want French manicure?" No. Then I picked my color and she said, "You just want this on the tips?" I said NO! She did a horrible job, had me pulling my hands out from under the light before it was off, putting my other hand under and then putting the first hand back in again. She did each hand to the side of the light instead of straight

The lady that did my nails was very sweet but bless her heart, doing nails is not her forte. My nails were so chunky and god awful looking I went straight to a different salon to have them completely redone. I had to ask multiple times for things to be fixed. She didn’t do half the nails the way I asked for them to be. Definitely did not take her time at all. My 7 year old could’ve done a better job. And we aren’t even gonna talk about the price. Did I wanna pay for them? No, but I was so ready to get out of there it wasn’t even funny. Do not waste your money here. That extra little drive to a different nail salon will be well worth it, I promise!

They are so friendly and every time I come they make sure everything is done neatly and in order . The wax experience was more than amazing and honey with that gel she put on after she was done has me feeling like a new born baby.
