Gel pedicure was $70 (I still had some small bits of chipped gel polish on but I don’t think the service was worth $70) got no massage, no hot towel, service felt rushed. She started cleaning up all the tools in front of me using the bowl my feet were in. At the end I wasn’t sure the service was over cause my pants were still rolled up and she was cleaning up her station, literally gave me no cue that the service is complete it was so weird.

Recently I had a gel manicure & 2 nails fell off within 3 days-clearly they didn’t put enough glue on the nail. I was out of the country and had to pay $80 for a new regular manicure!! Immediately upon return back home I went in to discuss a free gel manicure or refund. The manager wasn’t in but when I returned a few days later the manager said there was nothing they would do!!! Absolute terrible customer service!! Don’t patronize this salon as they don’t value their customers.

The technicians are true artists! My nail art came out stunning and precise. The salon is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for creative designs!
