Love the customer service!! They always get my nails right and beautiful just the way I like. Whenever I want a nice freestyle it’s always nice. My nails last and don’t break.

Worst service I’ve had in this industry ever !!!! From the time I walked in the door it was just rushed (I was the only person getting a service at this time) the nail tech was very rude. Tech began doing my nails before even being told what I wanted and very little did she communicate with me throughout the whole appointment but everyone communicated amongst themselves in a different language the entire time very loudly then when we got to the length asked tech to go a little shorter when doing so went completely too short and had already started cutting down and asked if that was okay which was not but at that point I just stated it was fine because there was no point. In addition to that asked for a chrome design in which she was gonna do it with regular glitter polish once again state

The man told me he could do a design, but he couldn’t. Then, he caught an attitude when I told him I didn’t like the nails and started snatching my hand around, so I switched the design. He rushed through it, and he also didn’t wipe the dust off my nails, so he cured the polish with nail dust in it, and it had spots. He charged me $180 for French tips.

I love going here. Today I took my husband to get a mani/pedi while I got my nails done. They are always so professional and do a great job. Going to Nee York next week on vacay and love my nails!
