Not only are the staff very rude but they for sure as hell don't know how to not scream about private things across the salon.. a friend of mine got a pedicure and paid 50$ for it she loved the results but hated the fact that when they started they noticed something wrong with her nail she had a hangnail and didn't realize it was there and the male nail tech spent over half of the time of us there yelling about how she should take antibiotics and how she should get it checked out to where everyone else in there could here it let alone when our friend tried to sit next to her in an empty spot the lady gave her attitude and told her she couldn't sit there even though no one was using it let alone they weren't busy. Annie at Star Nails is awesome! I get custom design work every time and Annie is always up for a challenge. Seattle sport team logos, holidays/themes, (even the Prince logo!) and whatever else I can think of; Annie is my go to nail tech artist. I recommend getting design work during off peak hours so that Annie can take her time with your design. 💅👍🏾

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons but never again will I go to another salon now that I’ve found the OG of nail salons in Seattle. He’s been there for 30 years! The establishment is roomy and clean. Reasonable prices for the amazing work they do! I’m so glad I went there. The energy and vibe was on point and for the first time I experienced nail techs who actually hold meaningful conversations. It was the icing on the cake for me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hands down, would highly recommend Star Nails!

Went here yesterday for the first time and am highly impressed! Not only did they take us as a late walking for a full set and pedicures, they were wonderfully friendly and accommodating! I had a full nail rip off and she was able to make it look like a new nail and was super gentle. Service was amazing and had mimosas while we got our pedicures done! Definitely coming back!
