Customer Reviews
Took my daughter to get our nails done. First, quality was awful. Nails are crooked and not done properly. Then the price was different than what was posted on sign. While I was sitting another customer questioned the same thing that she only got one service but the insisted they did more and proceeded to charge her and have language barrier issues.
Me and my sister had went in to get eyebrows, and so I had went in she charged me 12. Messed my eyebrows up, left wax in my hair pulled my hair out with wax, and my sister had went in afterwards, got wax in her hair as you can see in the photo. Messed up her eyesbrows, charged her an extra 2$ for her. and had got wax on her 100$ sunglasses.
I got acrylics for the first time and wanted something cute for winter. Some of the nails are lifting a few days later. I asked for almond and the nail tech filed them unevenly and I they all look different shapes and lengths. I also wanted a gold streak going through the snowflake and it looks horrible. I will not be returning because these nails are not worth $75.
I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review, but I felt like I had to. My boyfriend and I got two pedicures and two manicures. We asked for the $35 pedicures and they gave us the $55 pedicures without asking, so we had to pay $40 extra without our consent. The pricing list says that manicures are $20 each, plus I got gel polish so most likely a $15 or so up charge. We got charged $75 for two manicures that should have only been $55. My manicure looks sub par and one of my nails has a hair painted into it. When I pointed this out to the nail tech, he said he would take care of it at the end. He also did a horrible painting job and I had to tell him to do a third coat of polish because it was still see through after two coats, which he did not think was a problem. Overall, I was incredi
I had a pedicure done today. The gentleman who did my toes was a bit pushy. He asked if I wanted gel pedicure I said no and he said yes I will do gel pedicure. Before he started he said I needed to pay for the services, and he asked me for the tip as well. He did a nice job and I would have left a much higher tip had he not asked for the tip before the service.
