I had my threading and full body waxing here and it was a great experience. Eyebrow threading was my first time experience, got perfect shape. She was quick, personable and attentive. Needless to say, I will be seeing her more regularly. Worth to try with reasonable price and hope you will not be disappointed!

Very heavy handed! The worst eyebrow threading and waxing experience I have ever had. Upon finishing the threading process of my eyebrows... It appeared as if nothing had been done at all despite all the pain I endured. When I told her about it she stated that I didn't have enough brows to do anything with. I've had my eyebrows threaded for the past 5 years and have never ever heard that so I just assumed she did not know what she was doing and told her not to worry about trying to fix it because I would hate for her to mess it up any further. I also wanted a waxing service and she was unable to completely remove the hair and she was using some type of weird waxing apparatus with a rolling ball which seemed highly unsanitary if you're just rolling this across the skin of each of your clien

I decided last minute to get my eyebrows done and most places around me were closed. I looked online for threading places and found Threading & Henna Salon in West Hartford and called the number. Immediately I got a response and set up an appointment to get my eyebrows done. I am completely satisfied with the results and on such short notice! I definitely will be frequenting this place again!
