I always come here to get my toes done and they never disappoint. Very clean atmosphere and staff is welcoming. Prices are reasonable & I’m satisfied with the work. Just recently got the a green color and they look great 😊 Starlite Nails is always my go to for pedicures

This was my first and will be my last visit to Starlite Nails in Irving.My experience was defined by misleading pricing and unprofessional service. I inquired about a basic full set of pink and white (French tip) nails and was given a quote much lower than the $65 I was shocked to be charged at checkout. This is false advertising and a bait-and-switch tactic. Basic services should have clear, upfront pricing. Additionally, the technician was passive-aggressive throughout the appointment, making the experience uncomfortable. I will not be returning and caution others to confirm the final price of every single service in writing before agreeing to anything here.

I had a mani $35 (french tips) and pedi $45 (white) and the nail tech did a horrible job there’s bubbles and you can see the harshness of the white nail polish on top of the pink acrylic, my pedicure already chipped even though i upgraded to gel. I hated them i was still going to tip her because she was really nice until i got to the register and was charged $105. Never again not worth it for the nails I got

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place has horrible service and did a horrible job. Pictures speak for themselves. Please zoom in. There was an actual hair in one of the nails that was just covered instead of removed and the nail repaired. During the final process, she ended up getting cut and bled over all of the utensils. The tech did not even sanitize or remove any of the equipment so we were unsure of whether or not it was fresh and had been used before with other people that had bled out similarly. When we went back in they would not offer any refunds to try and make it right. We asked them to at least try and fix it and they were very hesitant due to "our rudeness." I got gel nails and toes for $75 . The ladies in here are nice and they got be what I ask for .
