Love Winnie! She works hard on any design I want and will do it over if it doesn’t look right. She’s pretty gentle.

I have been to other salons, but Winnie and her team are the absolute best. I have been going to Winnie since they opened and I would never let anyone else touch my hands!! They treat you like family! They have never disappointed!! I highly recommend them!!!

Well, well, well... Now it's my turn to warn your customers about your lack of concern about how you perform service when you're busy. She completely insulted me when I went in for a mani/pedi. There were only 2 of them there. One of them actually puts her heart into the service, but the other one, seemed like the manager or the owner, she was a piece of work. She did a horrible job on my pedicure. She hurt my cuticles as she was trying to go so fast so she could get to the other customers waiting. It was painful and I endured it but that's why we have YELP right? She finished my toe removal service, (That's what it felt like. Complete torture), then she didn't even take me to the manicure table. She starts clipping my nails as I'm in the pedi chair and stops after a few seconds and says,

Disappointed with my experience. I was overcharged for a quick nail removal that only took a few minutes. They drilled my nails off instead of removing them properly, and it left my nail beds damaged. The price also didn’t match what was listed in the salon.

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Even though it's a 15 min drive, I wouldnt go to any other salon. The place is clean, the tools are clean. I dont have a specific lady I request because most of them do a decent job. I mainly go for regular pedicure and gel manicure. When needed I go for eyebrow waxing too. They have a great selection of colors. If you want to do something special, I suggest you request for the owner Winnie. It is also a first come first serve basis so do expect a wait time especially during the weekends and holidays!
