Stela’s Suite Spot

My kid is very opposed to maintenance on her hair and decided she wanted it short. We came to Stela last year and she loved her so revisiting was the obvious choice. My daughter love love loves it ❤️

I can not say enough nice things about Stela. I thought I had scheduled an appointment for today but it was actually in January and Stela made it work! She was going to fit me in tomorrow but because I told her I had a job interview she called me when she was almost don't for the day and stayed to do my hair! I absolutely love.my new cut and she was so nice and sweet about my mess up!

Stela is amazing? She did an amazing job highlighting my hair! I love that her salon is small and quiet. I did not have to compete to talk over other stylists and blow dryers. I would come back again 100%!

I made my hairstyling appt a month in advance. It was to attend a wedding, so--important. Got a cancellation from the app late Friday afternoon (the day before). Texted Stela to confirm and heard nothing. Called her twice and also texted after the event--radio silence. Meanwhile, it was too late to schedule elsewhere. If you actually want your hair done, go somewhere else. Stela is an inconsiderate flake. P.S. I sent a couple of text messages. I tried calling several times and I left voicemails. You never responded. I was in a car accident a year ago and can’t do my own hair, and I told you it was for a family wedding when I booked it. So nice try but no … you just flaked out. And didn’t even answer text messages.

I want you to know that I was very pleased with the quality of service I got from Terri at Trace's salon in Valparaiso Indiana. I sincerely appreciate her responsiveness and the way she interacts professionally. Terri is naturally friendly and truly listens to the concerns of the customers thoughts about their hair. The haircut was perfectly done and I was so happy I will recommend Terri at Tracy's salon to others because of the extraordinary service I received.
