I’ve recently moved to the area and have been to Stellar Nails about three times now. Overall, I’ve had a great experience — the service is consistently good, and the ladies who work here are especially kind, professional, and do a great job. I also appreciate that paying in cash offers a better rate, which is helpful. However, I’ve noticed that one of the staff, a man named Kevin, tends to charge more than others for the same services. I’ve experienced this personally, and a friend of mine who also comes here has had the same issue. It can be a bit confusing when the pricing isn’t consistent. Additionally, while I understand some people use humor to connect with clients, some of Kevin’s jokes have come across as unnecessary and a bit inappropriate, which can make the experience uncomfor

I have been in here 4 times hoping to have a better experience. I got my nails done and a week later the designs chipped off. Hannah did not do a good job. And every time I go in she is rushing to move on to the next person. Despite this I still gave her a 12$ tip making it $80!! But I ignore it because I don’t have enough time to go back in. I have now been to hannah 4 times and she still asks my name and that she will love me if I give her a google review. She doesn’t remember the customer that gives her a 20% tip every time ? Then I go in today for her to fill them and she cuts all of them down and tries to up charge me for anything she can. The nails are completely different lengths. Stellar Nails truly lives up to its name. I walked in hoping for a little pampering, and left feeling spoiled—the space was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the service was precise. My manicure looks flawless and has lasted longer than I expected. In the nail salon industry, Stellar Nails stands out for care, quality, and a calm vibe. Highly recommend!

Worst gel manicure of my life. Horrible quality. My nails are not shaped evenly, cuticles weren’t done correctly, gel quality is absolutely horrid. Unless Kevin is doing your nails, don’t bother getting your nails done here. Definitely won’t be back.

Love the staff! They always do great nails! I’ve been going there for a long time and I always love my nails. Kevin did a great job and is so fun to talk to.
