Stephanie Moss Salon and The Shave

This was my first time at the salon. My husband booked me a last minute blowout so I could receive some much needed self care. I know I booked my stylists last appointment as they close at 5 on Fridays. I would have never known that though by the care and attention to detail Molly gave me. She never made me feel rushed and she was so kind. She listened to me and understood I was having a tough week and needed to relax for a bit. My shampoo was great and included a delightful little scalp massage. I have a ton of hair and it takes some time to blow dry, but she was great about it. Even gave me the most adorable curls. I'm ready for the weekend now and feel like a little weight was lifted for me. Thank you, I will be back.

I have seen a couple of stylists at this salon and they have all been great. However, RILEY is Amazing!!! She is down to earth and very skilled. I get a basic cut (I have fine, straight hair) and I've never found anyone who does it as well as she does. It sounds like a simple thing, but it's a big deal... seriously... next level professional in her technique and attention to detail. I also have stupid sensitive skin and have to bring my own shampoo (which I hate doing) but she is so kind about it and never makes me feel like a weirdo. Basically I can't recommend her enough!!

I made an appointment at checkout on my first visit to the salon. My appointment was confirmed with a text confirmation right away. Then just before my appointment last week I noticed another text reminder, but didn’t open it thinking duplicate. They called to tell me I missed my 9 am appt & I said my appt was 11. I checked my phone & saw the first text they sent said 11 as I had on my calendar, but they changed my time to 9 in the next text weeks later, no call, no asking if it would work to move my time up, no explanation. I was given no acknowledgement that they should have called and asked if it would work for me to move my time up. So I had to reschedule. I mentioned it to my stylist, who right off said it is not anything she deals with. She did finally say briefly she was sorry &

I love the location of this Salon and the products they offer. Angela Caballero is my go to stylist!! she does a phenomenal job on my daughters thick wavy/curly hair as well as my fine & wavy hair! Her attention to detail is truly admirable. Will definitely be back!

I recently visited this salon for the second time, having had a pleasant experience with Sandra during my first appointment. I was eager to get a haircut and style, confident in the previous results. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations. I requested a simple trim—just two inches off the length—which Sandra did correctly. However, when she began framing the front, the cuts seemed random, resulting in uneven sides. After washing my hair at home, the unevenness was even more apparent, with the front appearing noticeably shorter and unbalanced with the rest of my hair. In an attempt to correct the issue, I had to get another haircut, which left my hair much shorter than I desired to even out the length.
