I'm so impressed with the level of detail. Lexi's attention to highlighting whichever areas of my hair the rightly different but cohesive tones--and this going all by her own great judgment--makes my hair look basically, as seen in the pic, totally blonde in the front (which is good!). That was exactly the result we'd discussed and which I had hoped for, all done in a timely fashion (granted, I'm unsure as to how little time my natural color needed for the highlights I received). Communication, then, was absolutely top-notch, better than any I've had from any other salon or barber. Not only is Heather fun and outgoing, but she’s also a true color genius. She’s done a few balayages for me, and the blending and dimension are flawless every time! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to elevate their hair color. She also gives excellent tips on products and maintaining healthy hair, which I really appreciate!

This was my first time @ Stephen and company, Mo cut and colored my hair with her magical hands, she is absolutely amazing y’all! It was hard trying to find someone who cuts curly hair that listens and delivers exactly what I wanted. She did exactly that and I’m so happy with my hair. ❤️❤️ I will definitely be back.
