I came here with a voucher from christmas to get my nails done with two other girls. When we got there there was a piece of paper stating they would be opening 2 hours late, which was fine. because we went shopping to waste time. When we got there we were told we could not get our nails done and "We wouldn't want to wait", the atmosphere was incredibly uncomfortable. After we left we decided to go somewhere else since we drove an hour to be there. One of the girls with me called back telling him about our drive explaining we all just wanted our nails done which he responded with "Ugh I am with a customer, but come back at 12" so we came back and all three of us left by 1, which two of us got SNS and the other got gel- I felt very rushed out. This was on a Friday and by Sunday some my nails

The lady was nice but blantantly didnt do what i asked for. When i walked in i asked her how much would a soak off be, she said $16 i said i want that. And she proceeded to just pull the acyclic off my nails, NOT a soak off, i called her out in it and she still contuined to just pop them off and still charged me $16. $16 dollars to mess up nails up... im so frusterated. My nails are going to look like this for months.

The staff are so sweet and attentive, and my nail tech was incredibly talented. She listened to exactly what I wanted, gave suggestions, and turned my idea into something even better than I imagined. She was so gentle and detailed—I could tell she really cared about her work. The shape is perfect, the design is flawless, and the polish? Shiny and smooth like glass. I’ve never loved my nails more! Two weeks later and they still look freshly done—no chips, no lifting. I’ve gotten so many compliments. I’m seriously never going anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!❤️😇
