Strandz African Hair Braiding & Weaving

I DO NOT like my hair not one bit. I showed the lady who did my hair the picture at least three times but yet it still came out ALL WRONG. The picture I showed was my hair done by another lady at the shop who was not in the day I went. I'm so disappointed. I recommend at least 5 ladies A MONTH to this shop and they go but never again...

I wish that I could leave a "less than 0" score! This is a place that I will never go to again. First off, the shop is very trashy and nasty. It is filthy in there, babies all over the place crying, they're trying to feed them while servicing a customer, I scheduled an appointment 3 days prior to my service day. The stylist said to come in. On the day of my servicing, I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time just to find someone in the chair who had just begun to be serviced. I sat there for an hour and I asked the stylist when will she complete the clients hair. She said give me an hour. I told her that I was very dissatisfied about waiting that long to be serviced when I called 3 days ahead if time and I arrived 15 minutes early. There very unprofessional. Got into it with all three ladies because this was my first time coming to there shop and one of the females cut my own hair that i bought out the beauty supply which was Expression hair without asking and she said thats what & how they do the hair then grabed my hair & threw it back on the chair it was laying on and said i can go to someone else shop. Names and profanity were being thrown at me. I dont recommend this shop to nobody

Zero stars ... just ignore that one star u see! Don't even waste ur time nor money I went for a sew-in and when she finished it looked like a child played in my head FOREAL!! I WAS HIGHLY UPSET N I WAS ALREADY RUNNING ON LOW (FROM NOT GETTING ANY REST THE NITE PRIOR BECAUSE OF MY WORK SCHEDULE SO I WAS SO UPSET IM EVEN YELLING WRITING THIS ... long story short I told her to take it down n still was nice enough to give her some money for just her service smh never again!! Lesson learned
