I saw Ryan for a haircut and was very specific that I only wanted one inch trimmed from the bottom. He repeated back my request and confirmed he understood. During the appointment, he stated he was “evening” out my hair, and at no point was thinning or texturizing discussed. After washing my hair, it became clear that thinning shears had been used and my hair density was reduced. I did not consent to this type of haircut. Removing density was never discussed or authorized. Altering the structure and density of a client’s hair without explicit approval is unacceptable. This was especially disturbing given prior conversations with Ryan about my preference for maintaining volume. I do not recommend this salon or this stylist. I will not be returning.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADAM! He’s a fantastic stylist that is great at listening, being detailed, and executing your vision. He made the experience of getting a haircut (which I always dread) very pleasant and talked through his process. He’s a master at blending and giving custom cuts. 10/10!

Adam is a gem of a soul. I just had my second haircut with him and my hair is beautiful! I have full trust in him with my hair. He is just so so fun to chat with as well. Honestly I’d probably pay to sit in that chair and just chat with him. He is so kind and funny and has the best energy. I’m so glad I found him. I highly highly recommend his haircuts!
