Horrible experience, extremely disappointed with the stylist Natasha. It seems like she was having a bad day and was removing her anger on my hair, she was so harsh and almost pulled out my hair while taking out the towel even. I requested her to be gentle a couple of times but instead of being gentle she just handed me the brush to do it myself. She was also very rude and arrogant. So disappointed :-(

Love my haircut done by Natasha. She is great. I would give this place five stars, but the receptionist was not suited for the salon. She refused to add the tip to my credit card and was very demanding about paying it in cash. And then, when I told her that I don’t carry cash, she said, “Well, let’s do the card then.” All of this could have been avoided from the beginning. Not to mention that she was yelling in the middle of the salon at one of the ladies who washes hair. Maybe she was stressed or having a very important phone call, which prevented her from performing professionally.

I got highlights from Ray and let me tell you he did not disappoint! Honestly the best highlights I’ve ever gotten! I’ll definitely book my next appointment with him!!

Natasha was the best! I always hesitate to get my hair cut in NYC even though I live close by - and I walked in today and she gave me the best cut I got in years! Totally in tune to the style and shape I want, such a kind and smart woman and stylist.. will be my new spot! Thank you Natasha! You’re amazing

I got a balayage from Kayhan and he did a phenomenal job!! I always get my hair treatments from him because he always knows what to do for my hair. He takes his time to discuss the color and style I want and always does the best job!
