Studio 512 Barbershop (Inside Salon Republic)

I've been getting my hair cut since I was 3 months old and this was the best experience. Even though it was almost closing time, Cookie took time to see what I've done before, recommend custom cuts, and pause often to show progress. Brittany and Bella got tapped in too. Crazy dedication.

Cookie is hands down one of the best barbers out there. She’s attentive to her client’s needs and very knowledgeable on her craft. She holds great conversation. I’ve never had a bad experience. You will absolutely get what you pay for EVERY TIME.

I’ve been coming to Brittany for 3 years now, and there’s a reason I keep returning. Not only is she skilled and experienced as a barber, she’s genuinely one of the most personable barbers I’ve ever met. You feel at ease from the moment you sit in the chair. What sets her apart is her ability to respect your style while introducing subtle ideas that keep your look fresh. The atmosphere in the shop is very chill. I actually look forward to visiting and having a laugh, rather than just another errand to run.

I keep a photo of the haircut I like, and she is able to replicate it every time without issue. In addition, she pays attention to the little details, ear trimming, eyebrows, etc. 10/10 would recommend

Studio 512 was the best barbershop experience for me in Austin. I was coming off a bad haircut and just went with a blank head and Brittany gave me one of the best cuts I've had. She took the time explaining the choices and ensured that I was okay with everything. The barbershop is a chill vibe and they make you at ease with their conversations. 10/10 recommend!
