Cindy is the absolute best. Even when I didn't go in very often she always remembered me (partially because of my super thick hair!). And when I wanted it cut short she gave me a fantastic cut that I love. I moved out of state and I wish I could have taken her with me! Also, their services and prices for wedding hair and makeup were excellent. I paid less than $100 for hair and makeup combined (including trial) and I was extremely happy with both. I think Janelle did my hair and she did a great job!

I didn't even get to the salon before I was insulted by a woman over the phone. She had thought she'd hung up, and immediately began laying down insult after insult, calling me a 12-year-old (apparently my voice wasn't mature enough to her liking) and laughing with what I assume was her coworker over the fact that I'd wanted to speak to my mother before calling back as she would be the one paying (for a ridiculous price, might I add). She proceeded to complain that I had not made a decision after giving me "all this information (and for what!)." She had talked to me for maybe two minutes. Don't call unless you'd like to be verbally attacked.

My husband and I have been going to Studio 9 regularly for several years now. Janelle cuts both of our hair and she does great work!
