When I got to Donna’s I had already had a heck of a day as a working mom. Rachel met me with a smile and a sense of calm that put my right at ease. She was knowledgeable and direct but not pushy at all. When it came to the actual injecting part, I was impressed with her bedside manner and the fact that I barely felt a pinch. It was so easy and so painless. I found out Rachel isn’t just a medspa injector but also an RN at UW. She’s amazing. If you’re looking for a new injector to build a long term client relationship with, go meet Rachel!

This was my first visit to Donna Med Spa, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the process clearly. The new facility is clean, modern, and inviting. I left feeling completely satisfied with the results and the overall professionalism of the team. Additionally, their services are very competitively priced compared to other local options. I will definitely be returning for future treatments.

First and last time here today. Emailed on Tuesday, confirmed they had availability for today(Thursday). Called yesterday to book the appointment for today at 2:15. Show up, the lady tells me she booked me for next Thursday by mistake. Told me she realized this morning and almost called me (which she didn't. I would have preferred she did so I could figure something else out). Asked if I could come back at 3, I could not. So she took me back. My appointment was supposed to be for a Malibu treatment and a trim. Instead, I'm pretty sure all I got was my hair washed with a clarifying shampoo about 5 times and then some conditioner put in. Cayla did the MOST amazing job on my hair today…I am COMPLETEY happy with my color & the cut has been great for over 3 months when I normally need a cut every 6 weeks. I have been getting my color touched up monthly & have not needed a cut for 3 colors/months straight! Of course I have been getting my hair taken care of by Donna for approximately 30 plus years now & I have never been unhappy not even one time!!!

Had my first haircut here and it was such a wonderful experience! The staff was lovely and Kayla (I hope I got the right name) did a fantastic job with my hair. Happy to say this is my new salon home!
