Alicia has been doing my hair for over 30 years. I drive over an hour to see her because she’s amazing and always listens to what I want. She’s also so knowledgeable and will help me perfectly combine what I want with what will work with my hair type and facial structure. I recommend her to everyone!

I was new to area and needed to find a person who could give me a good haircut. After reading many good reviews of Alicia and her salon, I decided to give her a try. I am so happy I did! She gives me a great cut and guidance as to how I can get the best from my hair. She is smart, kind, patient and a darn good stylist! I always enjoy my appointments, because my hair needs it, but also I enjoy spending that time with Alicia. I highly recommend her. Her studio is lovely…she is lovely…and, I would bet you get the haircut you are looking for. Extra bonus, she’s accross from Gasworks Park, so parking has never been an issue😊

Alicia spent the time to get to know me and my hair like no other stylist I have had before. Truly a wisdom of knowledge when it comes to taking care of hair and she has great metaphors to help explain the science facts 😆 On top of her expertise ability for hair cutting - she’s also funny, kind, grounded, and wise. Alicia is incredible! I hadn’t been to have my hair cut or colored for months due to Covid but decided to consider Studio Jensen because it is a one chair/one client business. Alicia is meticulous about sanitizing everything between clients, maximizing ventilation and achieving a Covid protocol for all clients that ensures everyone’s safety. Alicia did an amazing cut for me and is giving me great advice on how to transition to my natural hair color. So glad I found her!
