After going in and talking to staff regarding removing dye and working into a natural grey the owner Michael brought his granddaughter Bella into this and with the way she spoke I asked her several times is this something she was experienced in and if she felt comfortable and confident enough to do this she said yes. I went in for a color test strips and Bella stated the color was lifting very well so an appointment was scheduled for 12/27/24. I arrived today excited for my appointment to begin the color removal and Bella tells me there was a call off of another colorist and I said no problem at all. I sit in the chair and Bella as she did when I first met her starts again with issues - not a positive word left this child’s lips - I said I did not like the rusty orange color in the picture

Without a doubt this is a 5 star salon. The owner Michael is outstanding and there isn't a type of hair, he can't make look amazing. It took me years to find that one stylist that is consistent and who makes me happy. I can promise you this place is the one.

Love this place but love all the people there. I think my mom went there for 30+ years. Michael, Nicole,Joanie and Chris are the best!! Can't forget Bella!
