Studio West Nails Spa

I love this place. It is absolutely spotless and the technicians are all wonderful. I have used every one of the ladies there and have never been at all disappointed. I love my nails. Leanna, the owner, make certain every customer is happy and comfortable. There was a review that said she turned her away because she didn't have room. This person said there was no one in the room but she was wrong. I was sitting in one of the Pedicure Chairs, but I'm very short and she didn't see me and she didn't trust Leanna when she said she couldn't do her nails right then. And then left a bad review. I recommend this studio to anyone who asks

I love this place! Appointments are scheduled through an app and always on-time! Everyone is friendly and the salon is always clean! My nails and pedicure always last! They have a good variety of complimentary drinks and snacks which is such a bonus to an already amazing place. However, my favorite part is that when I bring my young daughters they treat them so well. Their nails always last for weeks and look amazing! Most places just do the bare minimum for kids.

I love this place. They worked with me to figure out what would help my nails last and even though I’ve rarely had the same tech, they have delivered every time! They get to know you and your preferences and I’m so grateful to the staff here. I love that I can just get a gel polish change instead of a full manicure every time. It help keeps it affordable so my self care can stay intact thru out the year.

Tried as a walk in given it was a Monday and in the afternoon. Door says walk ins are welcome, appointment recommended. When I walked in, there was not a single customer. So i thought for sure this will be fine. Noticed walls are pretty bare, comes off a little boring but thats okay. There was a worker cleaning a pedicure station. She did not greet me at all. She knew I was there due to the door alarm. I said hello to her and asked for a pedicure. She responded with I dont have time for that today sorry. Even with no customers at all. Not one. They had at least 4 or 5 stations for pedicures. Surely there is more then one person running the place? If so mayne offer some explanation? Kinda bad customer service. Wont even try again based on that interaction. Went to place.down the street.

Update: I really wanted to like this place. They’re so nice and have great customer service. However, a week later and the gel has started to come off the nails on my toes, in one clean piece. I’ve never had gel come off so soon. I initially gave them 5 stars but not too happy with the pedicure falling apart so soon. I may give them another chance in the future because they’re so nice, but be cautious. My first time here. Came in with my daughter and we both got pedicures. I got a a gel manicure and she got a full set of dip done as well. The experience was awesome all around! They offer complimentary drinks and snacks.
