she's very very very unprofessional she pick and chooses who' hair she'll work on! she said she doesn't do silk presses, but I just looked on her website and a girl just got a silk press couple days ago.! like that is pitiful and rude when you have a business and established websites and everything. she's very selective with who's hair she's doing and her attitude is not ok. YOU NEED to work on your communication skills, handling customers and if you wanna turn away don’t say you don’t offer something…not knowing who referred me or anything of you.

It’s very Unprofessional to choose, which clients you want to serve, If that’s the case, put that on your website so we can that your one of them. Akron hair dressers are very terrible, very. Fannette has been doing my hair for 20+ years. I'm so glad she is doing it again, here on Copley Rd. She's always been the best stylist in Akron. Very professional, Smart and knows what your hair needs more than you do. As soon as you can book with her it will be a happy day! Just don't be trying to get in on my time. 😄

When I first came to Fannette which was December 2022. My hair was very damage from my surgery. She asked me what did I want her to do to my hair, I told her do whatever. Well she suggested the Comb Twist Style. I have been getting this style from December 2022 until now and I have seen such a difference in my hair.
