Extremely unprofessional. I called to clarify why they have three different prices ($25, $35, and $45) listed for a 'Male Haircut' on Booksy with no descriptions. The woman who answered hung up on me the moment I asked. I tried calling back immediately to see if it was a mistake, and they refused to pick up. If they can’t handle a basic question over the phone, I wouldn't trust them with my hair.
